Join us for WMG’s 8th Annual Tanque Verde Flow and Feast on Saturday, May 3rd @ 5pm - 8pm
An annual celebration of our River Run Network program and desert rivers. This free, family-friendly event features creek walks, a catered dinner, and nature-based activities along the creek. The event takes place in the beautiful Tanque Verde Bosque area, and we'll be in the creekbed and riparian forest for all our activities.
Like many creeks and rivers in the Tucson region, this sensitive riparian area once flowed for most of the year. Today, we are seeing seasonal flows return to this area of the creek, and we may see shallow, braided flow during our event.
