Join the River Run Network

The River Run Network is a program that honors the heritage of our arroyos, creeks, and rivers and the value that water holds for the peoples of Southern Arizona. RRN membership is free and includes a biweekly email with invitations to creek walks, family education events, river clean-ups, restoration workshops, and advocacy events to help restore our heritage of flowing rivers.

The campus is supported by rainwater for all indoor and outdoor needs almost year-round. It includes extensive rain gardens, a native food forest, a 10,000 gallon underground cistern, art exhibits about Tucson’s history of flowing creeks and rivers, a kids’ play area, composting toilets, and so much more.

Maricopa County Classes & Programs

Hydro-Local Valley is WMG's Phoenix-area programming: community classes, grassroots projects, and policy work. Hydrate the Valley classes are community classes on water harvesting and native landscaping offered in communities throughout the Valley. We also work with area schools to promote desert adapted urban forestry practices and we teach sessions as part of The Nature Conservancy's Urban Heat Leadership Academy.

Water Harvesting (Tucson Water Rebate) Classes

Let us help you get the most out of the rebates available from Tucson Water! Watershed Management Group offers the free educational session required to receive Tucson Water's rebates for residential rainwater harvesting and greywater systems. We now offer these classes virtually and in-person.
