The Watershed Restoration Director provides leadership to oversee watershed restoration projects that fulfill WMG’s strategic goals, including our 50-year goal of restoring flow and ecological function to Tucson’s rivers and creeks, as well as our long-term efforts to steward watershed health and Hydro-Local water supplies.

 

Bilingual Communications & Outreach Associate - Full position description here. Application is open until position is filled.

The Bilingual Communications & Outreach Associate will communicate WMG’s mission, vision, programs, and conservation concepts to the public in an engaging and inclusive way. They will help write, edit, and translate bilingual content to enhance community engagement with Latinx communities primarily in Southern Arizona and the U.S.-Mexico border region.

 
Internships with Watershed Management Group

WMG offers internships to those who would like to receive in-depth experience in natural resource management, environmental education, and community engagement. University of Arizona Students are eligible to intern with WMG is through the WaterWRLD program. These internships are an excellent way to get hands-on experience and explore a field of interest. WaterWRLD Interns can receive 3 credit units per semester.
