AZ Gives Starts Now: Help WMG Raise $75,000

Arizona Gives Day is happening just in time and is better than ever for both of us! AZ Gives is WMG’s largest fundraising day of the year, and now online giving is easier and new prize money is on the table.

We’ve got work to do—from restoring neglected riparian areas, to adapting our educational programming for K-12 youth, to creating a whole series of virtual trainings for the public and green job professionals—and we need your financial support.

Online giving starts now. Gifts made today through April 7th will count towards our AZ Gives total. This makes giving super easy—you no longer need to create a login and password to give, you can start making donations as a guest today.

Make your online donation now!

WMG is in a new category this year, and we’re aiming for the $10,000 prize. This year the large non-profit category was split into large and x-large; WMG remains in the large category, while our favorite non-profits competitors are now moved into the x-large category.

Our goal is to raise the most dollars we ever have in one day and take home the $10,000 1st place prize. Our initial goal is raising $75,000, but with your help, we’ll run a campaign that takes us straight to the top! Let’s get started today by raising our first $5,000 - please be one of our early supporters by donating here.

We know our supporters get excited to support us on AZ Gives Day, and we’re all motivated by prize money. At the same time, we know what really motivates you is WMG’s vision, impact, and the tangible benefits you’ve experienced in your daily life. By donating to our AZ Gives campaign, you ensure we can meet the changing needs of our communities and stay strong in 2020.

Thank you for your steadfast support,

Lisa Shipek
Executive Director

P.S. This year our campaign will be entirely virtual, so we’ll be keeping you updated and engaged with emails, social media, and videos. The happy hour planned at Pueblo Vida on April 7th is cancelled, but we will plan a virtual happy hour – so stay tuned!
