Preparedness *

This course is rigorous intellectually (an extensive reading list, written homework assignments, and a fast-paced curriculum) and physically (four to eight hours of outside hands-on work per day). How well are you prepared to succeed in the course given this level of challenge? Please indicate any physical limitations so that WMG may accommodate them.

Schedule conflicts *

In order to earn certification, we require that participants attend all course sessions and complete all reading and written assignments. Can you commit to participating in the entire course? Do you have any possible conflicts during the course dates?

Certification final exam *

To earn certification as a "Certified Practitioner" a score of 90% is required on a two part exam which includes 1) a site practicum administered the final day of the course and 2) a written exam completed at your convenience within 30 days of the course. Do you plan on completing the exam?
