Focus: Demonstrate stormwater micro-bioretention practices along streetside and reduction of stormwater contributing downstream by capturing on-site runoff for plant irrigation use. Promote rain garden care with biannual maintenance workshops to teach proper weeding, pruning, and erosion prevention techniques.
