Mesa Urban Garden

Focus: Reduce flooding by directing stormwater from the street into basins in the right-of-way to support shade trees and native flowering plants. 

Features:

  • 50 square feet of impervious surface removed 
  • 4 curb cuts to take stormwater off of the street and into vegetated bioretention basins
  • 3,800 gallon basin capacity
