You’re invited to join WMG staff, board, donors, and other community members at our Living Lab and Learning Center Soiree. We'll enjoy a beautiful spring evening at the Living Lab, hear from staff on their latest program work, and see the Learning Center in its final construction stage. Finger foods, wine, and rainwater tea will be provided.
WMG's work is expanding, and you are central to that effort. The new Learning Center will provide essential infrastructure for our educational programs with families, youth, and adults. At this event, we will share ways you can support this effort and share our plans for how the Learning Center furthers our 50-year vision to restore Tucson’s heritage of flowing creeks and rivers. Thanks to donors and sponsors, we have already raised $477,000 towards our $525,000 goal, with just $48,000 left to raise to reach the finish line.
This event is planned in partnership with Tucson Electric Power, who is providing a $25,000 matching fund for all capital donations made or pledged to raise the final funds needed for the Learning Center.
With your financial investment, WMG can scale-up our impact and accommodate K-12 school groups, family activities, professional collaborations, and hybrid events, which will expand our reach to the Southwest’s diverse community as well as underserved populations.
