River Run Network Program Accomplishments

Sunset Creek Walk at Rio Vista Natural Resources Park – July 2025

The River Run Network's July creek walk featured a partnership with Mike Shaw from Hawk Watch International. A group of sixteen attendees enjoyed a sunset stroll through one of Tucson's few designated Natural Resources Parks, learning about how the natural state of the park helps support the health of the Rillito River floodplain and a variety of wildlife, including native birds of prey.
