Instructions for Registering
1) Are you requesting a scholarship (available on a limited basis based on need)? If yes, please click here to submit a scholarship application form. We will review your application. Following our review, we will provide you with payment processing options.
2) A $400 deposit or full payment is needed to hold your place in the course. Typically, we ask participants to submit payment within 15 days to secure a place in the course, but if you need more time or a payment plan, we are happy to arrange that as long as full payment is received prior to the course start. Course registrants will be reimbursed (less $100) on cancelation up to 30 days before the course start date. Before 15 days of the course start date cancelations will be reimbursed (less $250). No reimbursement will be paid within 15 days of the start date of the course. All payments MUST be paid prior to the start of the course. WMG reserves the right to cancel the course if there are not at least 6 participants signed up by the early registration deadline. In this case a full refund of all fees paid (including deposit) will be refunded as soon as this decision is made.
3) Following receipt of payment for the course, we will provide you with course preparation materials.
