Hydrate at the Living Lab: Cultivating Native Edible Landscapes

Registration is closed for this event
This class is for everyone with a desire to learn more about native edibles and “wild” food producing plant species. Participants will be introduced to a variety of native edible species, along with basic design and planning considerations for incorporating them into your landscape. This class does not focus on high-water use, exotic, or other introduced food producing plants. Students will gain an appreciation for the abundance of the Sonoran Desert, and skills to explore ‘wild’ seasonal foraging in your backyard and beyond.
