To earn certification as a "Certified Practitioner" a score of 90% is required on a two part exam which includes 1) a site practicum administered the final day of the course and 2) a written exam completed at your convenience within 30 days of the course. The registration fee option you selected indicates if the exam fee is included or not. The exam administration fee is $150. Do you plan on completing the exam?
