Virtual Field Studies Class: How to Install a Laundry-to-Landscape Greywater System

Event Date:
Thursday, April 15, 2021 - 5:00pm to 6:30pm
Event Address:
Virtual Classroom

Thinking about making use of your laundry water in your landscape? In this virtual class you will learn how to plan and install a greywater Laundry-to-Landscape (L2L) system.

The class includes:

  • Overview of other gravity-based greywater systems vs. the L2L system
  • How to assess the accessibility of your laundry machine for greywater and plan on diverting to your landscape
  • How to plan the layout of the distribution and greywater outlets in your landscape

We will introduce you to the plumbing components and best practices for your own installation through a presentation format, with several opportunities for questions throughout and a more conversational Q&A session at the end.

If you purchase an L2L kit before or within two weeks of the course, we will discount $10 off this training. Visit watershedmg.org/services/home/greywater-kit or contact calcorn@watershedmg.org to purchase a kit. Kits are for pick-up only and will not be shipped.
