Learn about Tucson's riparian gems, WMG's River Run Network movement, and how you and your neighbors can join us to help restore groundwater levels and flow to our rivers!

In this exclusive creek walk for River Run Network members, we're exploring a section of Christmas Wash with Watershed Management Group’s Executive Director Lisa Shipek and Policy and Technical Director Catlow Shipek.

Christmas Wash is a hidden, tree-lined urban arroyo in the Rillito Bend neighborhood that feeds the Rillito River. The Upper Rillito streamshed is an area of critical groundwater decline. Learn what you can do to help recharge more groundwater and become part of WMG’s 50-year vision to restore regular flow to the Rillito river.  Directions will be emailed to you upon your registration.

Not yet a River Run Network member? We'll add you when you sign up for this event! Check out the other fall creek walks here (scroll down to the bottom of the page).
