Steward Your Streets: Take Action!

Help keep you neighborhood streets and creeks clean through this River Run Network distributed clean-up effort! While we can’t all get together, our goal is to get 30 River Run Network household to commit to taking action in their own neighborhood by picking up trash anytime on Saturday, August 29th. Pick up trash along your favorite neighborhood street, alley, arroyo, or creek and then send us a photo of what you’ve accomplished! Spread the word on your social network using #StewardInPlace and #RiverRunNetwork.

This is one of the Steward In Place Triple Crown events! To earn the Triple Crown, you need to participate in three of our summer series events and send us a photo of you participating for each event. Just send an email with a photo and description of what you did to RRN@watershedmg.org. Everyone who earns the Triple Crown will get a "Release the Beavers" mug and a personal invitation to join WMG on an exclusive beaver field trip in the San Pedro River in the winter. We will also be compiling all the photos and stories to share back with our members in upcoming newsletters. We are excited to feature you!

This event is organized through the River Run Network. If you are not yet a member, we will add you to the Network when you register for this event. RRN membership is free and gives you access to exclusive creek walks, river restoration workshops, river clean-ups, and advocacy opportunities.
