In-Person Build Your Own Basin (BYOB) & Plant a Tree: Four Peaks Brewer Workshop

In this in-person workshop, you will learn the fundamental steps to Build Your Own Basin (BYOB) and plant a rain garden. This BYOB workshop is led by Charlie Alcorn, WMG Program Manager and Educator and Anthony Luketich, Project Manager. Charlie and Anthony will guide you step by step on how to build your own basin in your yard to capture rain and plant a native shade tree! 

At the workshop you will receive one of our BYOB kits (with a limit of one kit per household). This kit includes a 5-gallon native shade tree, wildflower seeds, 1-gallon native shrubs or grasses (if available), organic mulch,WMG’s first-ever zine with step-by-step instructions on BYOB to get you started, and a WMG Hydro-Local Growler. The workshop will be about 1 hour with additional time needed to hand out mulch and kits.
