\n \n1) Are you requesting a scholarship (available on a limited basis based on need)? If yes\, please < strong style="font-size:13px\;">click here to submit a scholarship application form. We wi ll review your application. Following our review\, we will provide you with payment processing optio ns.
\n \n2) A $400 deposit or full payment is need ed to hold your place in the course. Typically\, w e ask participants to submit payment within 15 day s to secure a place in the course\, but if you nee d more time or a payment plan\, we are happy to ar range that as long as full payment is received pri or to the course start. Course registrants will be reimbursed (less $100) on cancelation up to 30 da ys before the course start date. Before 15 days of the course start date cancelations will be reimbu rsed (less $250). No reimbursement will be paid wi thin 15 days of the start date of the course. All payments MUST be paid prior to the start of the co urse. WMG reserves the right to cancel the course if there are not at least 6 participants signed up by the early registration deadline. In this case a full refund of all fees paid (including deposit) will be refunded as soon as this decision is made .
