1) Are you requesting a scholarship (availabl e on a limited basis based on need)? If yes\, plea se click here to submit a scholarship application form. W e will review your application. Following our revi ew\, we will provide you with payment processing o ptions.

2) A $400 deposit or full payment is needed to hold your place in the course. Typically \, we ask participants to submit payment within 15 days to secure a place in the course\, but if you need more time or a payment plan\, we are happy t o arrange that as long as full payment is received prior to the course start. Course registrants wil l be reimbursed (less $100) on cancelation up to 3 0 days before the course start date. Before 15 day s of the course start date cancelations will be re imbursed (less $250). No reimbursement will be pai d within 15 days of the start date of the course. All payments MUST be paid prior to the start of th e course. WMG reserves the right to cancel the cou rse if there are not at least 6 participants signe d up by the early registration deadline. In this c ase a full refund of all fees paid (including depo sit) will be refunded as soon as this decision is made.
