\n \n < div>\n1) Are you requesting a scholarship (available on a limited basis based on need)? If yes\, please click here to submit a scholarship application form. We will review your application. Following our review \, we will provide you with payment processing opt ions.
\n \n2) A $400 deposit or full payment is ne eded to hold your place in the course. Typically\, we ask participants to submit payment within 15 d ays to secure a place in the course\, but if you n eed more time or a payment plan\, we are happy to arrange that as long as full payment is received p rior to the course start. Course registrants will be reimbursed (less $100) on cancelation up to 30 days before the course start date. Before 15 days of the course start date cancelations will be reim bursed (less $250). No reimbursement will be paid within 15 days of the start date of the course. Al l payments MUST be paid prior to the start of the course. WMG reserves the right to cancel the cours e if there are not at least 6 participants signed up by the early registration deadline. In this cas e a full refund of all fees paid (including deposi t) will be refunded as soon as this decision is ma de.
