Take the Santa Cruz River Improvements Survey

Santa Cruz River Do you have 15 minutes to help our beloved Santa Cruz River? Be a part of shaping its future! Our friends at the Sonoran Institute put together a survey to help Pima County develop a management plan. Your input will assist in guiding policy on the Santa Cruz River's preservation and restoration. The deadline for submitting answers is September 15, 2017.

This online survey is a companion to upcoming community workshops where the Sonoran Institute and the District will gather feedback on the public’s values and concerns, building a vision for the river. These workshops will be at the following locations and times:

  • Ellie Towne Flowing Wells Community Center - October 10, 6–7:30 p.m. (Focus on the Grant to Ina Reach)
  • Town of Marana Municipal Complex 2nd Floor Conference Room - October 12, 6–7:30 p.m. (Focus on the Avra Valley to Trico Reach)
  • Wheeler Taft Abbett Sr. Library - October 18, 6–7:30 p.m. (Focus on the Ina to Avra Valley Reach)
