COVID-19 Response: Virtual Events, All Volunteer Events Postponed, Living Lab Closed
To help keep our community safe and healthy, we will be cancelling all in-person group events including classes, tours, and workshops through May 15th. In addition, the Living Lab and Learning Center is now closed to the public.
We will continue to be responsive to your needs, by offering some of our trainings virtually. Our popular rainwater harvesting and greywater harvesting classes will be offered online. In addition, we will be adapting some of our field studies and our Flow365 volunteer training to be virtual trainings. We appreciate your patience while we make these adjustments, and some trainings may be postponed to a later date so we can offer you the best training possible.
We are postponing in-person consultations, however, you can schedule virtual consultations to help with design, installation, or maintenance needs. We will be continuing our river restoration projects with our staff field crew and asking all volunteers to stay at home. We look forward to inviting you back out to workshops again later this year.
While this is a difficult time for everyone, I hope we can all take time to slow down, enjoy the unfolding of spring, and find some peaceful moments at home and in nature.
