The Rincon Heights Neighborhood Association worked hard to create basins with native plants along the public right-of-way. The Watershed Management Group assisted the neighborhood group in designing and creating one basin. The neighborhood group then created the second. The basins are shown following a summer 2007 thunderstorm with captured rainwater which is giving the new plants a hearty drink!
