 Site: Greenlots, Northeast corner lot of Country Club and Broadway Roads

Overview: Greenlots is a privately owned and undeveloped urban lot. A partnership between Watershed Management Group, Ironwood Tree Experience, and the property owner facilitated a unique opportunity to enhance an urban environment. The large and spacious site showcases wide, broad basins to capture local runoff to promote native vegetation. Raised pathways allow for pedestrians to pass easily through the colorful and shady site as a brief respite from the urban sterile concrete environment.
