The mission of the Watershed Management Group, Inc, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, is to improve rural and urban livelihoods by integrating community development and conservation. We provide local residents and community groups with the knowledge and skills necessary to sustainably manage their natural resources.

Watershed Management Group (WMG) envisions residents and communities capable of actively managing natural resources on their own property or within their local watershed. Through our progressive outlook we perceive opportunities instead of obstacles and human potential instead of human failure. We strive to develop long-term resource solutions to ensure the prosperity of people and protect the ecological integrity of the land.
