Watershed Technical Training - Cistern Pump Installations

The focus of this technical training will be on installation of pumps to convey stored water from cisterns, under pressure, through filtration, and on to irrigation systems, potable treatments, and other uses requiring pressurized conveyance. Learn from cistern expert Mark Ragel, who will cover the basics of pump sizing, selection and installation. Participants will complete the installation of a pump and associated plumbing on an existing 3,000 gallon steel culvert tank which will supply water to a drip irrigation system.
